Default How do I get going on this?

I've started Step 3 preparation and I'm hoping to take it after Matching (hoping) but before internship commences. I'm not sure how to get at this thing. Time won't be too much of an issue but I want to make the most of it and get the best score I can. I've done well/good on Step 1 (244) and Step 2 CK (242). I'd like to score in the same range on this one as well. I've previewed the Archer's notes and some of the things are different from what the latest MTB Step 3 says. Long story short, what's the best way to get at this thing? I was thinking UWorld + MTB III + one of those small books for CCS prep along with a few NBMEs to track my progress. I'd assume that would suffice for my target, but then the doubt arises since Archer's is so much more detailed. What do you guys/gals suggest?

Your plan seems too good.I too felt the same when I began, but slowly things started to get in and it looked relatively easy. You will see the difference in few weeks of practicing.
Also check this link:this is just to have a general idea, not replacing regular study material.
