Question What should be the sequence of order in CCS

In the order sheet, if I write "blood culture" in the first line and then "antibiotic" in the next line, does that mean the antibiotic will be started AFTER the culture reports are available, or blood sample will be sent, then antibiotic will be started and then culture report will be shown once available?

Basically, when I list several orders, do they take place simultaneously, or one after anther?
