USMLEWorld Skipping UWorld CCS?

I know doing the USMLE QBank is more or less essential to getting the score one desires (they worked great for me for Step 1 and CK) but I was wondering if it is essential to sign up for the CCS as well (an additional $80)? I've been using Blueprints Computer-Based Case Simulation Review: USMLE Step 3 to review for this section and things are going pretty well.
My plan was to use this, and the free cases in the sample software provided on the official USMLE website. Anyone have any experience with these two?
Will they be good enough to adequately prepare me for the CCS portion of this one?

Thanks in advance!

Don't even think about it. I would definitely get it. It's worth every cent.
