Default forgot to write diagnosis in step 3 CCS...any insights about outcomes?

hi, I think I made the worst blunder in step 3 exam. I did not write diagnosis for any ccs case....I just finished the exam and I was talking to a friend and I thought I did ok in CCS but then realized that I did not write diagnosis in any case.I just used to wait for the 2 min window to cancel and write new orders and to review the orders....don't know how it slipped my mind but it did that I had to exit case and write diagnosis too in that 2 mins window...totally broken ...any insights?
