I used the step 1 notes and they are very helpful

I don't know about step 3 notes

OK, I've got the notes
they seem to be nice
One can play with them during night duties

These are just personal thoughts of somebody
they are not referenced and not cross checked
I recommend u should find some other standard flash cards from an established trusted publisher
