Default A doubt

Greetings everyone!

I have a doubt regarding ascites in Nephrotic Syndrome. Why is SAAG lower in Nehrotic syndrome unlike SAAG in CHF?

because in nephrotic syndrome u loose albumin so serum albumin drops down and so does the SAAG
