Angry Ob/Gyn Questions #3

A 34 y/o female G4P3 at 39 weeks gestation is on labor. After 2 hours of pushing and oxytocin augmentation you notice the head of the baby gets stuck in the maternal vagina. You quickly suspect the shoulders are stuck. You are a first year ob/gyn resident and your chief resident asks you to describe and perform the McRoberts maneuver.. Which is defined as?
A. Pressure in the uterine fundus.
B. Extreme flexion of the maternal legs.
C. Intense fetal head traction.
D. Posterior shoulder rotation towards the anterior shoulder.
E. Jumping on the patient stomach.
