what on earth is this CCS stuff

its flying over my me!!!

how to go about it

Archers asap...You cant do CCS if you dont know the software and ins and outs...He makes an excellent point..>Goodluck

what is advancing the clock? i mean when an order is placed a window pops up asking to continue or stop what does that mean?

and the time has to be advanced o on the clock?

that means you have no clue of the software.....cCs is a big portion. This is in the begining of every book. Its when you click to review the next set of orders. HOnestly you need a tutorial. Don't take ccs lightly

Hey Tempe. I doubt anyone will be able to explain it all to you over a few lines. I have heard pple fail because they dont know how to manage the software let alone the cases themselves....so if i were i would have a strong basis from archers and then practice uworld....
lol i sounds like I am promoting archers haha....but seriously it is that good

You are not promoting anything, you are just being honest..

Archer's is for step 3 what First Aid is for step 1.. is that simple!

I was under the impression that it takes less time to get oriented with the software.It seems like a lota work.Can you roughly give a guesstimate as to how much time can it take to get done with the ccs part of the exam preparation...

hi....so guys.........people in my situation .......just go the usmle.org step 33 orintation material for ccs......

if you have less time and more work.....listen and watch this and then practice the step CCS UW
