EKG CCS: Office Based Palpitation Work Up

HI,
Any kind soul pleas help......
IN office basis....in case of palpitations, can we order Stat EKG.....
If so, can we keep the pt in the office , til we get the results...
If the EKG shows A FIB, can we go ahead and order in the office oxy, iva. beta blockers/CCB IV before transfering the pt to ward/er...

i think if the patient has palpitation. you send him to to the ER and do the necessary workup. If not an emergency case send him home and follow up. If its serious you can just admit him from the ER.
