Question Can't reschedule with Prometric right after Cancellation?

Why can't i reschedule step 3 right after having cancelled my appointment?. When i try to reschedule, the cancelation page shows up, but no option to reschedule. And when i try to schedule as a new appointment, it says that my scheduling permit have been used. Any help??

Default call prometric

you must call them and pay a fee to reinstate your eligibility record.

Can not contact prometric by phone ( 1-800-633-3926 nor 1-800-853-6769, from my scheduling permit ) any other number i can try? Any number that is not 1-800?

For others with the same issue, call 443-751-4800 and the receptionist will direct u to the right extension... be patient cause' u will need to wait a really loooonnnngggg time...
