Default when do PD require step 3 score?

About step 3, specifically when do programs need the score before or after match day?

lets say some body gets matched and the score comes out afterwards, can that person still be eligible for H1?

I think it may be best to ask the program about what their requirements are and find out how long an H1 takes and back track to see when you need your scores by. Long as you get it H1 before July I think it should not matter.

so most of the programs that sponsor visas. give you the option to pick one of them (if they sponsor H), after you match, when they sent you one million of emails, the contract and all the official paperwork. so if you pass it by the time of the match you should be safe.
