Default anaphylaxis SC OR IM EPI

HI, I'm studying for step 3, master of boards says: for anaphylaxis: SC EPINEPHRINE and Uworld says IM???

PLEASE ANY HELP?

If patient has shock then go with IM, if does not (just reaction) then SC.
