Kaplan Medical Kaplan Step 3 Qbook - difference between 4th (2008) and 3rd (2004) edition

Could somebody please tell me how much is the difference between 4th(2008) edition and 3rd(2004) edition of Kaplan USMLE Step 3 Qbook ?

Actually I already have 3rd edition. Not able to decide whether I should spend money to get 4th edition. Are there significant addition to 4th edition over 3rd edition ?

Thanks a lot in advance.

Well I didn't see any of them. But I think the answer is pretty obvious, go for the latest updated version.

By the way, they'll publish the fifth edition this August, so that's only three months. If you can wait until then, it's even better.
