My Resources I'm using for Step 3 USMLE.
1. MTB
2. USMLE Step 3 Triage
3. Swanson's Family Medicine Review
4. Lippincott Pharm Cards
5. Rapid Interpretation of EKG's
6. UW

Any other suggestions?

You need only number 1 and 6 from your list

How do you over kill? I wish I could overkill that exam, murder that exam million times so that I never have to think about ever taking it again.

Rapid interpretation of EKG may not be that relevant to the exam?
an arrythmia question will probably ask you? about accute manage (electric cardioversion vs meds??), long term management, ie Afib like anticoagulants. even rare cases like WPW they are probably interested in what not to adminster like like CCB or B-blockers. you will spend hrs reading that ekg book, but may not really answer the question.
Just my opinion.

Default Rapid interpretation of EKG's

You never know what they will throw at you on these exams. I acknowledge there are some areas I'm weak, and therefore I want to strengthen those subject. That's why I have so many books to reference.

Master the boards - read once
I will be doing CCS - Consult
If I get time, I may do consult qbank as well.
will take NBME?
