Well .. Let me be honest with you ,, There's a lot of stress inside the exam and that made me focus my concentration on getting the right answer within the right time frame and consume my power in nothing else. But as I remember I had a lot of Internal Medicine questions but there's no way I can remember the distribution of the sub-specialties under this massive stress.

For the other branches, I guess the distribution was even but again this is my personal impression and not based on any evidence.

The most important point here is >> What is the benefit ??

Even if we knew the actual distribution ,, You just can't risk your exam for that. Don't make a bet on one thing and always divide your bets.
