The reason they do that is to solidify your physiology concepts which are essential for your exam prep.
But to answer your question, no you won't see these formulas or such level of details in the real exam. The physiology depth in Kaplan is beyond what's required for the real exam.
Thatīs a HUGE relief! I was kind of depressed. I mean, I studied Physiology to really understand the concepts, as I know these are really important. But those questions just throw me completely out of track.
