Pathophysiology is a major part of the exam. In my opinion, it's those pathophysiology questions that differentiate between a really clever student and a student who just memorizes stuff. That's because such questions are usually associated with graphs and other analytical data, such that you just can't get the answer right because you'd memorized certain something. That's the "applying knowledge" part.

I think most of pathophysiology is covered in physiology. Qbanks will also train you well in this regard.
