D. Low FVC, low FEV-1, high TLC

difficulty breathing
high-pitched inspiratory noises
respiratory rate of 30 per minute
decreased breath sounds in all lung fields with coarse rhonchi and wheezes throughout
all suggest acute episode of asthma...
pH = 7.34 PCO2 = 45 PO2 = 55 Bicarbonate = 14.....suggestive of acute respiratory acidosis...due to obstuctive lesion
in obstuctive disease...
TLC & RV high
FEV1 , FVC & FEV1/FVC low.....
