Hello everybody
I created my ecfmg account 4 months ago, Just created it with no pay or anything. Now I try to Submit an Application for ECFMG Certification, This appears; ( Your session has ended. ) What does that mean ? I can't use it to make an appointment for the exam ? Can I sign up another account with the same personal info ? Thanks |

Close your browser, clear your web history, restart your computer, then use another browser (such as Google Chrome) to log in to your ECFMG account.
If the problem persists then it means that they locked your account and you have to call them tomorrow to unlock it. - |

Thanks for quick reply
![]() So if the problem isn't in the browser and from the account & the ECFMG, Is it easy for them to unlock it or will that make a problem later ? |

No it's very easy. Just give them a call.
Sometimes even the system itself automatically opens up in 24 hours even without calling them. Don't worry, many members faced the same issue and it was resolved the next day. - |
