Certificate Diploma translation issue
Hi everybody
I am an Italian Medical Doctor, I recently applied for UMSLE Step 1, but they rejected my application because, they said, the translation of my diploma didn't work, and they talked about ''official english translation''. (I had provided a certificate of diploma translated by my university before).
Now I don't know if I have to find an official english translator, maybe on internet, if this is enough, or if my university has to provide an official translation of the diploma.
Could somebody help me to clarify this?

Did you try calling the ECFMG? they are always helpful.
