Reapplying to the USMLE exam after first attempt failure
 
I failed in my exam ,how I apply for a new one
should I use same ID & password of USMLE

Where do I start?

Yes, just like the first attempt
 
Yes, you can use the same username and password to access your IWA and reapply there again just like how you did in your first attempt.

The only that might changed this time is that they might ask you to re-verify your medical school credentials according to the new rules. This is just a possibility and am not sure about it.
