I agree Inquiry Reagarding "Name Of The Applicant", under Application for ECFMG Certification

For Example,

My Name in the Passport says,

Last Name: Prakash

First Name: Suraj

Whereas, My Name in the Medical Degree Certificate and The Marks Sheet says,

** First Name: Suraj P

"No Last Name."

**NOTE: The above "P" Initial represents "Prakash" ( That's my Father)

Could you please let me know that, whether Can I proceed with my application for ECFMG Certification or Should I make any changes before proceeding further?

PS: Indian Passport does'nt allow you to just keep an initial( in my case "P" )
( they ask us what does "P" stand for? and I told them its "Prakash")
So, they made it as Suraj Prakash.

The name should be same in the ECFMG certification as the Medical Degree Certificate.

It would be better if you contact the ECFMG directly regarding the issue.
