Default advice needed for 2015 match!

i am an IMG, YOG:2010. scores 224(1st)/209(1st)/CS( 2 attempts )/236 (1st). three red-flags as .... 4 yrs old grad, below average scores in step1/Ck and " 2 " attempts in CS. i also need J1/H1-B visa. so things are not going my way as far as i can figure it out. I always wanted to do residency in Internal medicine and frankly in my entire medical career as a student and afterwards i have never ever thought about anything else other than medicine. recently i passed my country's pre-residency exam coz i am thinking of staying in my country and fulfilling my IM dream here coz i dont think with these credentials i would be able to make it in US. almost all of my friends who are currently working in US are telling me that you wont get even a single IV and IF we can help you it would be a courtesy call coz you wont be considered. you can't cross filters, you are this, you are that etc etc.... i have 5 US LORs. 3 months of externship with 6 months of observership at a clinic. Guys be blunt, tell me what to do....? i have only thought about IM. people are saying me apply to psych/path etc etc but really i would prefer to do IM in my country rather than doing Psych/path in US... i would really appreciate any piece of advice from you guys....please dont overlook my reply...i am really in need of sincere advice....God bless you all.

If you don't have a very close relation/contact with any program director for Internal medicine, do this:

FORGET all what happened, and put a full stop to USMLE and everything connected to it. Let it all go and join the residency program in your home country. Work hard and excel in internal medicine, wherever you go..... its all about ACCEPTANCE

Time to become a USA citizen. Then go from there.
