Default Defining Workplace Harassment as You Should Know it

A bully is a bully; whether at school, at home or even in the workplace, and all bullies should be dealt with harshly! Workplace harassment is pretty similar to bullying as it defines a situation where someone is belittled, threatened or simply pushed around by someone else in the workplace; most especially when coming from someone senior. Well, unlike in school, there are laws that protect you as an employee in such a case.

You are entitled to suing such an employer, boss or even fellow worker for such an offense. You can get an attorney specialized in workplace harassment California.
