Default Over 7 years to complete all steps

Hello,
I took my step 1 in 2010. I didn't pass step-3 yet. There is a 7 year limitation to take all steps as passed for permanent license in some states. Anyone knows anything if there is any solution about that?
Thanks.

You just need to get ECFMG certificate within the 7 years, you just need to pass Step1 and Step2 exam for getting ECFMG certificaton.
