Default What Sexual Harassment Lawyer Los Angeles Can Advise You?

Being a sexual harassment lawyer in Los Angeles for more than a decade, I keep advising my clients to avoid the following mistakes, if they are facing sexual harassment at their workplace. This is because if the victim is not doing the following, he/she can also be considered at fault:

• You are not telling the harasser to stop their actions
• You don’t have any proof or documentation against the harasser
• You are not reporting about the harassment at earliest
• You fail to file an administrative complaint to the management in time
• You don’t check for an arbitration agreement
• You fail to follow up soon after filing a complaint against the harasser.
• You are not getting early mental health care
• You are not aware of what constitutes actionable sexual harassment
• You do not understand the retaliation
• You are not getting any sexual harassment lawyer Los Angeles involved early in your case

I only suggest the victims of sexual harassment to stay strong and determine the root cause of the harassment. I believe only their mental strength will help them fight bravely against the harasser.

If you have managed to gather solid proof against the harasser, bring the complaint up to the Human Resources or contact an attorney for additional. Doing so can help you get a claim and ensure punishment for the harasser.
