Stanford physician researchers are looking for a database coordinator and research manager. Ideal candidate will have proficiency in English, Excel, have baseline understanding of biostatistics, and willingness to learn or have some background to statistical software such as Stata. Potential for coauthorship on a peer reviewed manuscript is a definite possibility. The specific project will involve a national insurance claims database evaluating the health economics and patient outcomes in gastrointestinal diseases such as inflammatory bowel disease.
