Official Medical Institutes The NRMP Program Directory Survey
This official book published by the NRMP itself details and analyze how program directors choose applicants for residency interviewing.

The data is stratified by specialty and the impact of each factor on the decision of taking the candidate.

It's very useful to get an idea about how program directors are thinking and therefore, we can use it to prepare ourselves and to do the stuff that they are looking for.
