What do you consider is the best and most viable option, for a new career pathway in the US; In the case that Residency is not longer an option

Why not to continue in your home country ???
Actually after all that hard work no one wants to quit medical ...i will go for gulf exams or any other country

Well, I have no choice but to stay here since my husband is from here and has a good job, there is a physician assistant program at a couple of universities which offer a fast track for IMG that is my second best option, master the third. And try the next year again...

Bain, McKinsey, Boston Consulting Group, LEK are all looking for MDs to hire as management consultants. They'll even put you through a mini MBA. I'm working as an analyst for an HMO right now while waiting for the match, and will stay if it doesn't work out. Non clinical is another option ! :)

Option 1 should read Enroll in a Physician's assistant program, which is from what I've heard very competitive and difficult to get into. You don't need a degree to become a medical assistant, which is slightly better than working at Burger King
