Passport Working in my parents hospital!

I have a doubt regarding visa. At present i am working with my parents in our own private hospital. Can i show that? I mean will it be a problem for getting a visa if i show that i am working with my parents? I am showing that i am sponsoring myself for the visa.
thank you

I think you should definitely show that and in fact if possible, show them in papers that your parents have made you a partner in the hospital. That will prove that you have strong ties with your place and will come back.
