Default I have obtained a VISA B1

Hello guys, I have a question.
Last year I was issued and US B1 visa for an observership. I didn't notice that below "entry time", was written "M", which means that until the VISA expires I can enter the US as many time as I want.
Do you know if I need to apply somewhere or directly give my information when I arrive at US to the DHS official?
