Default Looking for Housing in and around Manhattan

Hi there,

This is Raja Kumaran. 24/M
I am in my final year of Med School at Madras Medical college, Chennai,India.
I am visiting New York for participating in the Electives program offered at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mt.Sinai.
I am looking for housing in and around Manhattan for stay during my elective period.

Looking for a calm peaceful and safe neighbourhood for stay and am willing to share rooms, with Male roommates preferably. The more close it is to the transportation facilities available, the more it is convenient.
Intended period of stay : Aug 1-Oct 21,2016
Affordable monthly rent including all amenities : Min. $500 - Max. $1000

I am looking forward to hear from interested people. I will be very happy if you could help me in this regard and make my very first trip outside India a pleasant and enriching one.

With loads of gratitude and regards,

Default Mount Sinai Application. Will / Will not pay tuition?

I see you have completed electives at Sinai. Would appreciate if you could answer a question of mine.
I am an Intern IMG. Our college requires us to complete Internship to graduate so I am a medical student. But we don't have to pay tuition for Internship/final year.

In the Visiting student form, there is a column asking whether the student will be paying tuition at the college during the dates indicated below.

As I won't be paying tuition, would I still be eligible for the electives?
You must be in a pretty similar situation.
Thanks in anticipation
