Do you make sure to go through the entire checklist in FA? I mean for example, if it's a headache case, do you practice going through the entire HEENT and neurological examinations in full detail? It seems like there wouldn't be enough time.

if pt comes with calf pain then we have to do the related examination first then cvs and pulmo or it can be done in this sequence1-cvs 2-pulmo 3-related exam, because pt will be in sitting position already so we can check cvs and pulmo first then related...
It is said that if a pt has pain then you should never repeat a procedure that will reproduce the pain. Therefore, my question is how do you show the SP that you know what maneuver to do but because they are in pain, you cant.
