ok i am a 4th yr student from India and new on this forum
and i haven't yet started preparing..i want to know what are the job opportunities for an Indian med graduate once he completes his residency???and how much do they earn on an average???
I am a medical student and planning to do a residency in Internal Medicine and then open a private practice. I plan to take short courses in cosmetic work and practice common cosmetic surgical procedures like liposuction, breast/butt/chin/neck lift, etc. I am aware of how general practitioners...
heard there are lots of MD/PhDs in the US
but as foreigners if we do not wish to do residency. What is the path to doing PhD in addition to having an MD? Should one still pass all the steps (including step 3 for unrestricted license)?

ERAS does not preclude any students/graduates from participating in ERAS, based on their eligibility for licensure. Before applying to residency programs in a given state, it is your responsibility to become familiar with that state's licensure...
So in residency do we get salary and if so how much per month and is it really enough for two people (doctor and his wife)?
I know it differs between different specialties and different cities but let's take the least one
