Hi Guys i have cleared my step 1 just recently and now i can't decide which book to use to study for step 2 ck, i am aiming for a score over 245. here's my study plan and timeline:
i intend to watch Kaplan old videos (2005-2006 i guess) and write notes on MTB 2 an 3 and i will subscibe to...
So I took Step 1 two weeks ago, thought I'll start preparing for CK early so that whatever I remember from Step 1 might help (if I haven't forgotten it already lol). This is what I've gotten so far,

I might not be the best person to take advise from as my Step 1 score was 235, this is how I made my study plan based on my experience with Step 1
Step 1 score 235 (July 2013, first attempt)
Step 2 CK : planned for 31 December 2013
Step 2 CS : planned for 3rd/4th...

Got step 1 result yesterday. Bit disappointed but happy that i passed.
Now i will be disturbing you guys for few months during my CK prep. Hope you guys don't mind.:D
So i want to gear up with my CK prep and want to discuss my intended plans.
I just passed step 1 236 score, more than 10 years graduated and working as RN operating room 30 to 35 hours per week. month previous to exam full time studying. Anyone same situation may be my experience can help.:confused:

I plan to do the following:
MTB 2 while watching kaplan videos (without the KLN textbooks).
I will annotate any extra/valuable information into MTB 2.
MTB 2 (now containing the videos' annotations)...
I just finished step 1 and even though it's way too early I have to buy the books for step 2 before I leave.
I've searched past threads and according to the majority this is what I came up with:
-MTB 2 for internal
-MTB for everything else
and that's it!
