guys. i am thoroughly confused. diff info at diff places.
kaplan surgery say lumpectomy is only done for a relatively small lump . for a 2cm lump it has mentioned lumpectomy and for a 4 cm one -mastectomy.
one the other hand mtb3 says mastectomy is done for lumps more than 5 cm.

Was doing surgery from uworld and read in one qs that aortic injury causes hypotension while the next qs the pt had aortic injury and then it said it causes hypertension. What is it? hyper or hypo?
Also, is uworld for surgery enough?
