If a 15 Years Old Girl asks you for abortion then what to do?

I have two conflicting answers to this question
USMLE easy said that she can decide without parental consent while Kaplan said she cannot!

Any idea which is correct?

FA says that she should have parental consent even if she is 17 (unless emancipated ofcourse) ... and consent is not required only in STDs, drug addiction, emergency situation, prenatal care and delivery. And I think in contraception.

I don't know where I read or heard that the age is very variable in different states regarding the necessety of parental consent in abortion.

here is the rules:
above the age of 15 ,u dont need a parental consent in four areas:std ,substance abuse ,prenatal care,contraception.
at age 16 ,17 AND live alone,have ajob ,in military,self supporting financially,married ,u dont need a parental consent for any medical care.

about the abortion ,there is no clear answer whether or not the physician should notify the parents ,so u the answer will be((suggest a family meeting)) or((counsel her to tell the parents by her self))((encourage discussion)).

i highly recommend reading the 100 cases book by Conrad Fischer.
