I am a US citizen IMG. graduated in November of 2011. Score 218 on step 1. Haven't taken the other 2 yet. Planning on getting US clinical experience. What do you guys think?

Well make the best of what is left in your application. STep 1 is important but it is just a piece of the puzzle.
