[Cuban Doc]

Hello guys, I am having problems with my form 327 A, and I want to compare different experiences with this form I am from Cuba but I am living in Houston, Texas. ECFMG sent that form to my country 2 years ago, they already sent this form 3 times but my University still telling me that they did not receive any form and I am about to quit because I am very sad about this, usually that takes about just 2 weeks. Have any of you guys had this issue or do any of you have any idea about how to print that form for me. I need ideas and advice. Thanks in advance.
