A 60 year old man presented to your office with abnormal enlargement of the knee. No history of trauma, fever, or pain. Physical examination revealed normal range of movements. His wife states that she noticed a change in the shape of his head also.
Which of the following tests would be expected to be abnormal in this patient?

B- Alkaline phosphatase
C- Parathyroid hormone
D- Serum Calcium
E- Rheumatoid factor
F- Lactate dehydrogenase
G- Calcitonin concentration
