Most - almost all - of those notes are summarized information from USMLE-WORLD. I've double-checked them before my exam, and there are bits so unique to UW, that they can't be found anywhere else. They do not include all info in UW; my own assumption is that the writer of those questions only wrote down those tricky bits or those questions he/she got wrong.

If you don't intend to do UW or if you're close to the exam, it might be a good idea to give them a quick read. If you plan on doing UW, stay away because they'll act like spoilers and will just tell you the answers.

Few Corrections

1)HUS= Hemolytic Uremic Syndrom by E.Coli 0157

2)Eaton Lambert Syndrom
Though resembles with Mysthenia Gravis but differes in the sense that, in Mysthenia Gravis, as patient speaks, the voice becomes softer and softer and softer, on the contrary, in EL-Syndrome, the voice becomes louder and louder and louder.(Pathognomic differentiating point)

I have not yet gone through all the points. Very helpful points but please do take care of "human errors".

thanks haisook and drkemc - Im about to finish UW (200 odd ques left). and exam is in 20 days - so probably a good idea to read em up while im doing UW second time.. afterall.. second time around its my job to know d answers .. but as dr KEMC pointed out.. some real basic stuff (HUS O157) written wrong.. that can really hurt in the exam! ..so probably will double check something which confuses me and will post corrections for all..... this can be a great resource if its fully checkd.
