A 45 year old woman came to the office because of she noticed a "bump" while putting here diaphragm. No other symptoms noted. No history of post coital bleeding. Sepculum examination revealed (see image below) and with sustained endocervical bleeding after passing a cotton swab.

Which of the following can be appropriately told to this patient.
A) Biopsy is needed to rule out cervical cancer
B) This is a benign condition and no treatment is needed
C) Stop using the diaphragm as it is the cause of this bump
D) Ultrasound imaging is needed to look for other lesions
