Don't take the exam unless you cross the 400 points in NBME.
I did the same mistake, I took the exam when my score was 320 and I hate to say this, but I failed.
Repeat your Kaplan notes, do more questions then do NBME again

Generally, the NBME score has 5 points +/- your real score
So when you have 177, so even if you hope for the best luck then your predicted three digit score is 182 which is still below the passing mark.

If you tell us what did you do so far, then probably we can suggest to you how to improve your score

Thank you sooo much for taking the time out to respond!
I have done first aid 2x, USMLERx, USMLE World, and am almost done with the kaplan Qbank! It's kind of embarrassing that even after i have done soo many questions, i am not able to get a passing score! I have signed up for dec 30, still have a month and a half left to try and improve my score. I was planning to go over first aid again!!
Thanks again, any suggestion/guidance is welcome!
Did you read Kaplan Lecture Notes?

Ya, i went over those along with the kaplan videos!
I'd suggest you go over your Kaplan notes again
FA is fragmented, difficult to memorize, and does not give background and concepts.
My friend had a similar problem to what you are facing and the only way she got out of it is by repeating Kaplan Notes three times.
No need to repeat the videos, just the Notes.
Postpone your exam and don't take it in December 30. You may not celebrate the New Year very well :D
