adenosine deaminase deficiency --> inability to breakdown adenosine --> accumulation of adenosine, converted to ATP and consequently dATP --> feedback inhibition of ribonucleotide reductase (excess product turns off enzyme) --> impaired lymphocyte synthesis

Thank you for the response. I just saw on FA 2016 version that it mentions accumulation of dATP causing toxicity in lymphocytes.
