*Another Tip, Another Story:

recently a candidate was asked: "Have you applied to other specialties?"

guess what was the answer and why?

The unfortunate answer was "YES."

those who are reading this thread should forever remember this answer and thus decide beforehand what will be your answer if such a question would come up during your interview.

TTerrible mistake!

That is exactly why we recommend get some interview preparation before going to the interview. Unfortunately, your friend have lost the chance to match at that program, indefinitely!

People, when we were in your position, nobody EVER offered interview preparation for $200, and nobody wrote a PS for us for $100. Our group of medical residents have started these services to help our young colleagues like you, but still, some of you dont get it. You have to understand, we make good money and we are not interested in making $100 from you, instead we genuinely want to help you, while we establish our services simultaneously.

Its quite depressing to see a person like your friend shooting herself on the foot.

Enough said, if you want to get in to residency, take each interview seriously, like its your only interview. If you like to learn about us, please visit: http://WeWriteDocs.com and view our testimonials and work sample.

We have been helping our colleagues like you all the time. You have nothing to loose, simply write to us. We guarantee your satisfaction. There is no other place where you get one on one personal assistance from an active medical resident, who will guide you at each and every step.

thank you

This is the story that I told in my previous thread
http://www.usmle-forums.com/residency-match-forum/577-should-we-tell-truth.html

It's not yours!

You keep spamming this forum with posts claiming that they are tips but in fact they are just ads.

Why don't come with real tips so that you get our attention and may then think to sign up for your services.

Tell us some real quick tips, like what to say and what not to say in the interview, some great PS sentences, some short guides about LORs, ...etc.

If you just advertise in this repetitive manner nobody will think about your service.

I don't know how the staff of this website allowing you to post such frequently and even they have a bid ad for you in the right upper corner of all pages, if I were in their place I'd have removed it.

But who knows, may be you are the same group of people!!

Dear colleague,
yes, it's your story; we have never claimed it was ours. It's insignificant who own a particular story, like this one, and what is important is that our young colleagues like you and others, should learn a lesson from it. That is why we have started a new thread, because this happens more often than you guys realize and fall into the trap more often than you can imagine.

It's very clear that you are new to this forum and have no idea about our services. We are a team of medical residents and we leave tips almost on daily basis.

However, your comment is well-taken, we will also start our daily tips section on this forum.

Thank you
