A 23 yr old woman with no history of alcohal abuse reports that she has been troubled by morning episodes of tremulousness, anxiety, tachycardia and sweating. Which one of the following test results is most likely to be abnormal?

A. Serum ammonia measurement
B. Serum glucose measurement
C. Serum sodium measurement
D. Thyroid function test
E. Toxicologic screen

I think I'm going to say morning hypoglycemia so serum glucose (might be from an insulinoma or something along those lines) but Thyroid would look good if it wasnt for the fact that it happened in the morning...

i also feel this is morning hypoglycemia and not thyroid... B!!!

it could be morning hypoglycemic episode...
exactly........................that is the reason and answer...............
