who amongst the following have the privalage to take step1 again (only to improve marks) after they have passed.

1- American graduates

2- American students

3- Caribbean graduates

4- Caribbean students

5- International medical graduates

6- International medical students

( I know u cannot take it again once you have passed but still, Is there any lucky category :notsure: )

I think you mean "Caribbean", not crabian. Yeah, for sure if she passed the real exam then she can't retake it. However, I know some Caribbean schools let you take an internal exam, usually one of the NBME's, then depending on your score they have you study more. This is not the real deal though, it's just something given by the school.
