No it doesn't matter

If you are asking if taking the exam in a Prometric center in USA will raise your score compared to if you take the exam in an overseas Prometric center then you are wrong.

The explanation is simple;
The NBME calculates the current standard deviation of scores (to which you are going to be compared to) on a global basis. So it doesn't matter where you take the exam any where in the world.
