I received an email from ECFMG saying this
IMPORTANT NOTE: There are companies that offer, for a fee, to assist medical students/graduates, particularly international medical students/graduates (IMGs), with securing a U.S. residency training position. ECFMG, AAMC, and NRMP are not associated with nor do they endorse any such companies. ECFMG, AAMC, and NRMP are designated to facilitate the ERAS application and Match processes. ECFMG is the designated Dean's office for IMGs. As such, representatives of ERAS Support Services at ECFMG are available by telephone and e-mail to guide IMGs through the process.

My question;
I am planning to use electronicresidency.com to help me with Scramble match. Should I do it or the ECFMG will not like it :(

Yes you can use electronicresidency.com safely.

In that email they did not say "Don't do it" they are just saying that they are not affiliated and they want to know that you can still do it for free.

However, if you want the luxury of electronicresidency taking the headache for you and managing the potential unfilled positions for you then go ahead and do it and you will not lose anything.

It's not useful

This year, my friend used electronicresidency.com and he did not get any IV from the scramble despite his good scores. I don't think this commercial service is useful by any means.
