Remember Arnold Chiari Type 2 by one of its manifestations that is=

"SMALL FOSSA"

S= Small Posterior Fossa

M
= Meningomylocele

A= Abnormal development of Cerebellar Vermis

L= Less common in frequency than type1 Arnold Chiari

L= Less likely to be asymptomatic compared to type 1

F= Faulty Craniospinal junction

F= Fourth ventricle dilatation

O= Obstructive Hydrocephalous

S= Syringomyelia

A= Abnormal development of Medulla
